Itinerary
➕ Day 1 - Arrive Vancouver
Welcome to Vancouver. At 6 p.m., gather at the hotel for a Welcome Reception.
➕ Day 2 - Vancouver - Victoria (2 Nights)
Start with a morning tour of historic Chinatown, Gastown and explore Stanley Park. Travel by ferry and visit a family-owned ciderhouse for a tasting before arriving in Victoria.
➕ Day 3 - Victoria Sightseeing
Enjoy breakfast at Butchart Gardens. A representative can answer questions before you explore. Back in Victoria, enjoy a guided city tour before an included your choice dinner with a selection of restaurants to choose from.
➕ Day 4 - Victoria - Chemainus - Squamish - Whistler (2 Nights)
Set out for Chemainus, famous for its outdoor murals. Return to the mainland and drive the scenic Sea-to-Sky Highway. Board the Sea-to-Sky Gondola and ride all the way to Summit Lodge, before travelling on to Whistler.
➕ Day 5 - Whistler Sightseeing
Start today with a guided walking tour of Whistler, home of the 2010 Winter Olympics, led by a Local Specialist. Next, meet another Local Specialist, a First Nations ambassador at the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre. Spend the rest of the day at leisure before joining your travelling companions for a Regional Meal dinner.
➕ Day 6 - Whistler - Kamloops
Continue toward the ski resort of Kamloops for an evening to do as you please.
➕ Day 7 - Kamloops - Rocky Mountain National Parks - Banff (2 Nights)
Sample the best of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Arrive at your mountain resort in Banff National Park. Enjoy drinks and a Local Specialist presentation from a real life "Mountie."
➕ Day 8 - Banff Sightseeing
Immerse yourself in the glories of Banff. Enjoy a free afternoon before joining your hosts at the Boundry Ranch for a scenic Be My Guest dinner.
➕ Day 9 - Banff - Lake Louise - Jasper (2 Nights)
Arrive at Lake Louise with a short lakeside talk. Then, climb aboard an Ice Explorer and drive on the massive Athabasca Glacier. Later this afternoon, arrive at your hotel in Jasper National Park before enjoying a Farewell Dinner.
➕ Day 10 - Jasper Sightseeing
Enjoy a guided walk at Maligne Canyon. Then, embark on a narrated cruise on Maligne Lake (seasonal). Stop at Spirit Island before returning to Jasper for free time.
➕ Day 11 - Jasper - Mount Robson - Chase
Arrive at Mount Robson, the Canadian Rockies' tallest peak. Then, stroll the ancestral grounds of the Shuswap people and view a traditional kekuli winter home built by the First Nations people.
➕ Day 12 - Chase - Vancouver
Return back to Vancouver and visit Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Tonight, enjoy dinner.
➕ Day 13 - Vancouver - Alaska Cruise
Take your transfer to Canada Place where your Alaska Cruise begins on the ms Nieuw Amsterdam.
➕ Day 14 - Cruise the Inside Passage
With most of Southeast Alaska accessible only by boat or plane, cruise the Inside Passage for a unique view.
➕ Day 15 - Cruise Tracy Arm and Juneau
The dramatic Sawyer Glaciers at the end of Tracy Arm are framed by mountains and bathed in the blue hue of the ice. Arrive in Juneau where you can shop downtown, kayak, dogsled, raft, or flightsee. Please note: Due to anticipated ice flows in Tracy Arm, the "Tracy Arm Fjord & Glacier Explorer" shore excursion will not be offered on some departures in April and September.
➕ Day 16 - Skagway
Step into the town's colourful past at the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park.
➕ Day 17 - Cruise Glacier Bay
From the comfort of your ship, enjoy the pristine wilderness of Glacier Bay National Park.
➕ Day 18 - Ketchikan
While ashore, check out the world's largest collection of standing totem poles or an optional guided tour through town or a harbour cruise.
➕ Day 19 - Cruise the Inside Passage
Today is a day for relaxation as you cruise back to Vancouver.
➕ Day 20 - Depart Vancouver
Sail into Vancouver Harbour this morning.
